Aurora Queen Resorts (AQR) booking terms and conditions
Upon reservation AQR will request first & last name, address, email address, phone number & payment details. Once reservation is confirmed by reservation number AQR would like to point out that the reservation is binding and should be cancelled within the cancellation policy if not fully nonrefundable or non-changeable. In order to book a room or stay with us you must be at least 18 years old. Minors under 18 can stay with us when accompanied by an adult of the age of 18 or more.
Always check the cancellation policy of your reservation as there might be different policies depending on the booked rate. Only in certain circumstances AQR will consider refunding the accommodation minus admin fee of 50€ (death/serious illness of spouse, child, parents, grandparent or unexpected serious event). On this occasion AQR would require an official certificate.
Check in time is 3pm on the arrival date and check out time 12noon.
AQR has the right to communicate to the customer by email prior and after your stay with AQR.
Unfortunately, no pets are allowed.
In case of early departure AQR will not refund any money for unused accommodation nights.
In case of non-arrival AQR will not make any refunds.
AQR have the right to cancel the reservation in case of Force Majeure for example in case of fire, water damage or any other situation when AQR accommodation is unusable. Should this happen, the customer has the right to receive the refund or if possible, primarily AQR will offer the possibility to change the arrival date if accommodation is available.
AQR accommodation and public areas are non-smoking. In case of violation there will be a charge of 200€.
Kettles are only used for boiling hot water. Any misuse of the kettle will cause a 50€ charge.
AQR follows good behavior and in case of misbehavior AQR has the right to ask guests to leave or remove the guests without any refunds.
